The result is Sculpture Plus Nano-Hybrid Composite which offers the polishability and esthetics of microfill composites and the strength, low-wear and stain resistance of the original Sculpture hybrid composite.

Sculpture Plus is a dense composite that minimizes the incorporation of voids, pores and microcracks in the material during polymerization. However, air may still be incorporated into the material during build-up and layering which can contribute to points of weakness. To strengthen and improve the overall quality of your Sculpture Plus restorations, we have incorporated pressure into the curing process. The new Sculpture Curing Light applies pressure to the material prior to and during cure and removes any residual air from your restoration.

A FibreKor substructure coupled with an overlay of wear resistant, stain resistant Sculpture polymer-glass ceramic materials, provides your patient with a restoration with uncompromised esthetics, comfort and durability.

FibreKor substructures make metal obsolete
FibreKor's strength is equivalent to that of a non-precious alloy. This fiber is preimpregnated with an optimized resin and achieves a Modulus of Rupture of approximately 1,000 MPa.
